Every hot runner system manufacturer maybe has its distinguished method of arranging wires. No matter how it is arranged, if the injection molding factory has already purchased the temperature controller, our engineers will install the system according to the current arrangement with output of the temperature controller.
Without the consideration of the customized arrangements with output of temperature controller, we briefly illustrate some of the most common of arrangement rules with systems in the market.
Ｗe are referring the arrangement rules on the injection mold. The following examples is illustrated by the 24 pole insert.
