Straight Manifold
A straight manifold is typically used in applications where the gates are aligned on the same axis. However, there are some special applications as follows:
1.For one cavity in one mold plastic products where the gate is not at the center of the mold, a straight-shaped manifold combined with a single hot runner nozzle can be used to achieve eccentric gating.
2.For applications with two, three, or four cavities in a mold, or where the product requires two or more gates positioned along the same axis.
